XT is owned and managed by a team of three veteran senior executives, each with in excess of 35 years experience in finance and management of energy systems and other assets.

Robert R. Jenkins, Principal and Chief Executive Officer, has had a distinguished career in corporate finance and investment banking. He is a recognized expert in highly structured debt and equity financing, leasing and mergers & acquisitions. He has held senior executive positions with GE Capital, Westpac Banking, Dain Rauscher and was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dain's Capital Corporation. He is a frequent speaker on financing difficult and value-added transactions in the United States and Europe. Mr. Jenkins, a former naval officer, is a graduate of Loyola University and the University of Chicago.

Charles S. Wassell, Principal, is a former Senior Partner of several major international law firms with experience in arranging sophisticated trans-national financing structures for companies involved in leasing, transportation, communications, power and energy. He was a senior partner at Greenberg Traurig, where he headed the international finance practice. Mr. Wassell has also served as the General Counsel and head of the Risk Management Department of PLM International, one of the largest U.S. leasing companies with global operations. He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Stanford University Graduate School of Engineering and Georgetown University School of Law.

William M. Griffin, Chief Operating Officer, XTnrgy of Illinois. Mr. Griffin is a former senior executive of Exelon's Commonwealth Edison Company. As a thirty-one year veteran of ComEd, he brings to the Company a wealth of operational experience. At ComEd, he had primary management responsibility for the electric grid for the city of Chicago and for all major customers. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Masters Degree in Corporate Finance from De Paul University. He is active in civic affairs and is Chairman of the Board of the College of Lake County, Illinois. He is also a Professor of Management at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
